Rich spoke to us this morning about trash pick-up issues within the Queen City. He informed us about condo associations and their trash pick-up procedures. He spoke about the problem within Keith Hirschmann’s Ward and commented on Bill Barry and Dan O’Neil’s part in the problem. Finally, we took a call from Chairman of the Board Patrick Long.
(Hour 3a) Rich continued with the topic of the trash pick-ups. He explained that a bag and tag system would fix the problem in a hurry. He spoke about why the bag and tag system will work. He pointed out what it is that tax payers actually pay for.
