(Hours 3a,b,c) Sid GlassnerRich spoke about an article that Girard at Large contributor Ann Marie Banfield wrote concerning the ESSA.  He commented on the funding and welcomed Sid Glassner, Senior Fellow with the New England Society for the Study of Education, who talked about high stakes testing for Is Our Children Learning.

(Hour 3b) Sid spoke about predictive validity within state assessments.  He explained it for the listeners to be able to understand.  He talked about PARCC testing and the lack of clear definitions.
