Ed Naile, Chairman of the Coalition of New Hampshire Taxpayers, started A Question of Voter Fraud by discussing Don Winterton’s eligibility to vote. He then talked about a Right to Know request sent to the Attorney General from the ACLU regarding voter fraud investigations.
