(Hour 2c) Rich spoke to Londonderry Lancers’ Coach Jimmy Lauzon for Sports In Our Own Backyard.  They talked about the firing of a coach with at 12-2 record, which prompted a discussion about job security for coaches.  Rich then shared from his experience in athletics and they spoke about coach evaluation qualifications.
