(Hour 2a) Rich talked about Superintendent Bolgen Vargas’ opposition towards Senate Bill 193, or the Education Freedom Savings Account legislation.  He explained the bill to the listeners and pointed out why he thinks that the Manchester Board of School Committee erred in their decision to approve the sending of Superintendent Vargas’ letter.  Finally, he commented on what Manchester would gain from the bill and discussed magnet programs in the Queen City.
