(Hour 1a) Rich started the hour by wondering whether or not Manchester Mayor Ted Gatsas will be running for reelection.  He praised the Mayor’s political strategy, before addressing his own political future.  He then conveyed Manchester School District Superintendent Bolgen Vargas’ message about the Queen City’s enrollment decline.
