(Hours 2a,b) breach_contractRich talked about the still raging controversy surrounding the aldermen who breached Manchester’s Charter in voting for contracts in which they had conflicts of interest.  He pointed out that spending was driven so high that the tax cap had to be overridden and shared his opinion that the issue should be referred to the Office of Public Integrity for an investigation.  Tune in to get all of the details!

(Hour 2b) Rich wondered if city employees who receive endorsement from Unions should be exempt from voting.  He talked about the provision in the Charter concerning conflicts of interest and pointed out certain representatives who support the Unions.
