(Hours 2a,b) Rich talked to the listeners about last night’s Manchester Board of School Committee.  He spoke about Manchester School District Superintendent Bolgen Vargas’s attempts to come up with unified testing for the District.  He then pointed out that clarification to the testing that he had not heard before was given last night and took a call from Representative Lisa Freeman, who shared her opinion about how the meeting went.  Tune in for the details!
