(Hours 2a,b) Rich talked to the listeners about last night’s Manchester Board of School Committee.  He spoke about Manchester School District Superintendent Bolgen Vargas’s attempts to come up with unified testing for the District.  He then pointed out that clarification to the testing that he had not heard before was given last night and took a call from Representative Lisa Freeman, who shared her opinion about how the meeting went.  Tune in for the details!

(Hour 2b) “What’s happening in the Queen City is that every school now will be using the same assessments, which means we’ll be developing a unified set of data for each child,” Rich said as he continued on topic.  He shared the rules for opting out of the assessments, before speaking about Parker Varney’s “No Grades” Initiative.  Tune in to hear the surprising results of the initiative.
