In the second hour, Rich, Mike, and Dave continue to discuss some of the other issues facing Manchester area schools.  Find out why so many schools are failing to make adequate yearly progress year after year and what should be done about it?  Later in the hour, Mayor Ted Gatsas called in to discuss a radical new proposal which will focus more on the number of hours children are in school, and less on the number of days.
