SkillsUSA members at Manchester School of Technology are celebrating the accomplishments of their SkillsUSA members during the NH SkillsUSA Leadership competition during the month of March, 2014.

The following students received Gold medals and the privilege of representing NH at the SkillsUSA National Leadership Conference the week of June 23 2014 in Kansas City Missouri.

Cosmetology:

Lemsy Esquivel                                 Memorial High School/MST            Manchester

Esthetics Team:

Kendra Gahara                                  Central High School/MST                Manchester

Katharine Zaremba                           Central High School/MST                Candia

Customer Service:

Ashley Santiago                                 Central High School/MST                Candia

In total MST students collected three Gold medals, 3 Silver medals and 2 Bronze medals including the categories of Customer Service, Esthetics, Job Interview Skills, Prepared Speech and Job Skills Demonstration.        

SkillsUSA is a national organization serving high school and college students and professional members enrolled in training programs in technical, skilled, and service occupations, including health occupations in high schools and college/technical schools.

Manchester School of Technology needs to raise $4,000 to send these deserving students to National Competition in June of this year.
