(Hour 3c) Susan Laughlin is the Food Editor of NH Magazine and our Quisine Queen. She was a hundred miles away in Mansfield, MA for some NEFFA Contra Dancing. Our adorable intern Sara Benard bumped into her there. Literally!
Laughlin described the palate pleasures of Kombucha Tea, chicken empenadas, healthy chocolates, “hipster food trend” coffee and tea that she picked up from the Monadnock Food Co-Op.
