Livingston Camera phone(Hour 3a) Our ever humble host is in stark disagreement with Superintendent Debra Livingston on her claim that School Board approval was not required in the settlement with the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights division.

Rich firmly believes that the administration has played slight of hand with the school board.  Did anyone on the Manchester SB know about the coming decision?  The entire discussion of leveling in our public schools was affected by this settlement.

Did  Superintendent Debra Livingston and Assistant Superintendent David Ryan really believe that a major policy shift like this wouldn’t need the approval of our elected representatives on the Manchester School Board?
