Kim Reagan(Hour 2b) Kim Reagan has been a Hooksett resident for 23 years.  She has a bone to pick with the Hooksett School District over tuition reimbursements she claims the town owes her.

And she is not alone.

Reagan read the fine print on the contract for parents of students sent to school outside the district.  She also expressed her frustration in dealing with a school board that has refused to hear her case.
