Made with goat cheese (and with some helpful recipe tips from The Local Eatery in Laconia) we were happy to to have Susan’s chocolate cheesecake for breakfast!

Laughlin gave us the goods on what it takes to be a great chef.  We heard the delicious details from her recent tour of two great new restaurants:  the 110 Grill and  Not Your Average Joe’s.
