The proposal to build a prison on Hacket Hill Road is unnerving a lot of local residents. They believe that it will cause crime, in the area, to jump up. Rich informs our listeners that, with the exception of an escape, prisons do not attract crime. He also talks about New Hampshire’s spending problem.
