Rich started the hour by talking to us about his workouts at EFX Fitness with Mike Bistany. He presented the “Caption Contest,” which will award a lucky winner with a $25 Jacques Flower Shop gift card. He shared with us about his Christmas shopping traditions. He then talked about upcoming events and asked the listeners if they remember food products from the past.
