Rich talked to us about Superintendent Earl Metzler and the recent incident in Hampstead. He talked about a former Right-to-Know issue with Donna Green. He gave us updates on the situation with Jorge Mesa-Tejada. He shared about their interference in his life. He reemphasized the foolishness of the whole situation and pointed out that Mesa-Tejada did not breach the policy that Metzler sent him.
