10:00 a.m.       Full committee work session on CACR 27, (New Title) relating to the operating budget. Providing that the state shall not spend more from any fund than such fund receives in revenue, nor use the proceeds of any bond to fund its annual operating expenditures.

Resumption of the work session on SB 464, establishing a statewide drug offender grant program and making appropriations therefor, and relative to transferring certain revenues to the revenue stabilization reserve account, which was recessed on Monday. This work session will immediately follow the full committee work session on CACR 27

Resumption of work session from Tuesday on  SB 406-FN, relative to classification of certain state employee positions. This will be resumed following the full committee work session on SB 464.

10:00 a.m.       Executive session on SB 210-FN, relative to regulation of septic system evaluators; SB 521-FN, (New Title) relative to an OHRV registration fee for persons who are members of an OHRV club, and requiring a report on registration alternatives for OHRV users who do not use organized trail systems; SB 510-FN, relative to parking at state park parking meters.
