(Hours 3b,c) Bob GagneGuest hosts Eva Castillo-Turgeon, Anchor of the Ins and Outs of Immigration, and Alderman Patrick Long spoke to Bob Gagne, Chairman of the Manchester Board of Assessors.  He talked about Manchester’s revaluation, and explained about the importance of the revaluation and it’s effect on tax rates.  He shared about challenging the valuation, explained what a healthy market would be in a city like Manchester and more.

(Hour 3c) Bob began the second segment by answering Alderman Long’s question about a request to suppress public information.  He informed of the deadline for challenges, talked about rentals within accessory units and more.  Alderman Long and Eva then discussed the new books within the Manchester School District, which has recently been a hot topic on this show, and contributions of New Americans in New Hampshire.
