(Hours 2a,b,3a) Diane VaccarelloRich spoke to Diane Vaccarello of BeBOLD Bedford about the raging opioid crisis within Bedford.  She talked about a focus on early education and prevention, and informed Rich about efforts to quell the problem.  Finally, Rich inquired as to why drug use is becoming a problem at such a young age.

(Hour 2b) As Rich continued with Diane he voiced a question from Lisa Freeman concerning the combination of substance abuse and mental illness.  Diane spoke about her upcoming speech, age-appropriate education, and the role of parents in dealing with the problem.
