(Hours 2a,b) Rich informed the listeners about what occurred at last night’s Manchester School Board meeting.  He spoke about a declining enrollment and brought light to the situation at Pinkerton Academy.  He shared that Manchester never needed three high schools and talked about the crowding in elementary schools.

(Hour 2b) Rich continued talking about the declining enrollments that are being seen within the Manchester School District.  He spoke about layoffs due to the teacher’s contract, the best alternative for the city and more.
