Superintendent Vargas and Last Night’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting

(Hour 2a) Rich and Ed Naile spoke about Manchester School District Superintendent Bolgen Vargas at last night’s meeting.  Rich talked about tomorrow’s interview with Sonja Witkowski and the impact of the teacher pay raise that took place in 2012.
