(Hours 2b,c) Rich talked to Paul Martineau, who is a candidate for alderman in Ward 2.  He started by asking Paul why he decided not to petition to keep his job as Welfare Commissioner, after sixteen years in the position.  They then tackled his work towards a reduction in spending, demographics of aid, his advocacy of the appointment of the Welfare Commissioner position versus the election and more.
