    Hour Number One

    Hour 1 kicks off with today’s news and then Rich discusses the raging battle over Welfare Commissioner Paul Martineau waged by Joe Kelly Levasseur.

    In the second segment, Rich discusses last night’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting. As it turns out, there was more discussion about the schools than about the city itself!

    In the third segment, Kevin Sheppard came on to present an opposing viewpoint regarding Paul Mansback’s plan for the sidewalks in downtown Manchester.

    Hour Number Two

    In the second hour, Karin Provencher of ReMax Omega Group came in for our Real Estate Tip of the Week. This week, she’s talking about Fannie and Freddie putting a hold on foreclosure evictions during the holiday season. Oh boy!

    After this, Rich tells us a story about the MPD doing a sting operation by leaving a bag of cash in the mall parking lot. Is this a good use of resources? Dave in Hooksett called in to share his thoughts, and then also comments on Hooksett’s relationship with Manchester schools.

    In the final segment, we continue our “what would you do?” discussion regarding the MPD’s bag-o-cash sting operation. After this, Rich returns to last night’s Board of Mayor and Alderman meeting.
