They have the report by the NH AG’s Office in their hand and documented evidence of Levasseur’s misconduct and blatant dishonesty. After all, wasn’t it Levasseur that was the first one in line demanding the resignation of former Alderman Russ Ouellette for the mistakes he made before Ouellette even had his day in court? When you have been publicly labeled a liar by the Attorney General’s office, it is time to step down from your position of public trust. I think Mr. Levasseur should be very concerned about keeping his law license. Making false allegations of assault, intimidation and corruption against the police department of the state’s largest city is unacceptable conduct for an officer of the court.
