We took to the airwaves to explain just what Manchester School District administrators did in presenting the city’s Smarter Balanced Assessment results.  Also published here

is an email at-Large Committee Member Rich Girard sent to the Board of School Committee to further clarify and simplify the matter.

Note, in the video above, I note that the “zero” issues was raised by Mayor Ted Gatsas and Ward Nine Committee Member Arthur Beaudry.  While they were the ones that made the motion to have the district remove them if they existed, it was former at-Large Committee Member Kathy Staub that first raised the issue during the presentation of November 12, 2015.
