(Hours 3a, b, c) Rich spoke on what had happen in last night Manchester School Board meeting. He shared on resources be made available for drug program and parents being made aware. He spoke briefly on what Mayor Gatsas had to say on distant technology learning.

(Hour 3b) Rich continued his talk about the school board meeting. He commented on what happen with the reading teachers and their programs and also the Clean Motion. Rich touched on the Tax Cap Budget and the board taking steps under questionable circumstances.

(Hour 3c) Rich finished the hour talking more on the Tax Cap and Clean Motion. He also mentioned the 14 high school teachers lat year that the Administration said they didn’t need because of lower enrollments. He ended with going into the feeling of balancing the budget on the backs of teachers and the teacher’s union.
