Manchester Police is seeking the Public’s assistance in locating a two year old child who was taken by its paternal mother at a supervised DCYF visit at the Mall of NH.

 At approximately 1545 hours today the Manchester Police responded to the Food Court at the Mall of NH for a report of a missing 2 year old child. During the subsequent investigation the responding officer learned that the 2 year old child is in the custody of DCYF and was at the Mall with an employee of DCYF conducting a supervised visit with the child’s paternal mother. According to the report the DCYF employee looked down at her phone and when she looked up the mother and child were gone. Responding units check the Mall and the surrounding area however the mother and child were not located.

The mother was identified as

  • Erika Wallace
  • December 7, 1990
  • Raymond, NH

She is described as a

  • White female
  • 26 years old
  • 5-6
  • 155 lbs

She was last seen wearing a

  • White tee shirt
  • Gray sweat pants with Bruins logo
  • Black flip flops
  • Hair in a pony tail

The child was identified as

  • Joshua Wallace
  • April 16, 2015

He was last seen wearing the clothes depicted in the above photo

  • Red overalls
  • White tee shirt with dark stripes
  • Black/Red Nike Sneakers

They were believed to be traveling in the following vehicle

  • NH Registration 396 0164
  • 2003 Chrysler Town and Country Van
  • Color White

Kidnapped child has been located unharmed in Tewksbury, MA. Biological mother and father taken into custody on MA warrants

 Shortly after 1830 hours Tewksbury MA police located the kidnapped child in their town. The child was unharmed and was in the company of his biological mother and father. Both parents were taken into custody on warrants out of MA. The investigation into the kidnapping is ongoing.
