Girard at Large host Rich Girard and Will and Joe co-host Joe Kelly Levasseur team up to discuss recent comments made at the city of Manchester, NH public hearing on the budget, especially on schools, and Rich’s recent exposé about a teacher who lied about her out of state residence to enroll her children in a Manchester elementary school.
