NeighborWorks Southern NH

NeighborWorks Southern NH

(Hour 2c) Dave from Hooksett called in with a traffic warning for the students at Central High School.

Rich shared the news on some insider trading in Manchester.  It’s good news for those inside the loop, but not so good news for those on the outside looking in.

Namely, Manchester taxpayers.

Rich lauded private companies like Brady Sullivan Properties that do what “non-profit” companies like NeighborWorks of Southern NH do, without reduced property taxes and without tapping into taxpayers’ pockets.
