Last Monday I had an out of body experience in Concord. Specifically it was at the Concord District Court on a bench in front of Court Room #3.
I went to Concord to watch the arraignment of Carl Robert Gibson the low life scum vote thief and Democrat political operative sent here to NH, as many like him are, to meddle with a New Hampshire election.

We all know part of the story of Carl Robert Gibson issuing a fake press release saying he was a young Republican candidate dropping out of the special election in Candia so he could hamper Republican turnout and win one for the left-wing candidate Maureen Mann. If the Democrat was not far left Carl Robert Gibson would not be here in NH again. His last claim to fame was being part of CREDO Pac (his claim) in 2012 relentlessly attacking Congressman Guinta along with four other CREDO activists.

June 22 was the date Gibson was supposed to be in court after his arrest by the NH AG’s Office for impersonating a candidate, RSA 666.6, and lesser misdemeanor charge they threw in probably to plead to and let him skate. My opinion.

So I spot NH Assist. Ag Steve Labonte waddling across the parking lot and I walk right behind him to the docket and we trudge up to Court Room #3. He has no idea who I am as far as I can tell even though he sat in a chair for an hour in Dover and watched me address the Ballot Law Commission a few months ago. I guess being a lackey at the NH AG’s Office requires a low level of perception and memory. Who knows?

So I find a seat one spot up from a guy who looks like an attorney and I wait. Carl Robert Gibson wanders in and sits right down next to me and he and his attorney proceed to discuss their case. Me, looking like all the other denim clad participants in the upcoming court proceedings seemed to pose no threat. So I got an ear full and left the court house to see what our pal Carl Robert Gibson was driving.

Surprise!

Carl Robert Gibson – NH voter from 26 Summit Street in Concord (the back door of the apartment at 83 Center St. he is provided by someone) is driving a Connecticut licensed car parked at 83 Center St. in Concord.

I hopped in my car and called Steve MacDonald of Granite Grok and we had the legal theory of Carl and his sharp attorney on the web before the judge heard it.

How is that for local coverage?

Carl Robert Gibson is the biggest catch so far in the long list of low life vote thieves we at The Coalition of NH Taxpayers have caught.

He was, just a few weeks ago, registered to vote in four states including NH where our State Supreme Court and AG say, in couched terms, that is perfectly legal.

We’ll see about that.
