We were joined by Will Infantine of Aspen Insurance this morning for State House Insider. He told us that he will not be running for re-election. He and Rich then spoke about unemployment benefits. They talked about the heroin issue. We heard about a situation with firearms interfering with the plans of some Presidential candidates.
