MANCHESTER, NH  July 26, 2021–Manchester Republican mayoral candidate Richard Girard has sent a letter to both of his competitors suggesting debates be had before the primary election.  In the letter, Girard asked media outlets to arrange the debates in the hope they would be seen by all candidates and the voters as objective.  Click here for details.
